What’s your deposit policy?

Once we have developed your custom order, we do require a deposit before we continue on with booking and providing all of your services.


If I cancel a service, do I get my deposit back?

Yes, we will give your deposit back on most services, as long as we have enough advance notice to cancel the services with our 3rd party vendors/contractors if used.


Do you have payment plans?

Yes, we can set up a monthly or customized payment plan that can get your services started. We want to make sure you are paid in full by the event date or upon project completion.
