An entrepreneur at heart Aaron's avant-garde approach to business has always been his strong point. Aaron exploited various business ventures and recognized the need for local services, especially in recording and music production. Working on his Ph.D and armed with an MBA, MS in Innovation & Strategy from Salve Regina University and absolute determination Aaron's professional pursuit will not stop here!
Eydie Matteos

Eydie is the go to girl at HDE. She handles just about everything you can imagine! The founders wife is the VP of Operations, Sr. Events Director and she is also the President of the Hail Digital Youth Movement (HDEYM). She really enjoys working with children. Eydie is currently finishing up her B.S. in Liberal arts at SNHU and is considering an MS in Database Management.
Tim a.k.a. DJ Blackout has been recording and producing music since he was 10 years old! His passion for music stemmed from a long line of family musicians. He's a DJ and Audio Engineer that takes pride in quality. He loves making beats and has a unique sound! He plays the drums, base guitar, loves to rap and sing and can rip up an MPC like no other! His favorite rapper is Drake and for rock he likes 311 and Rage Against the Machine.

Victor a.k.a. "Via Money" has been with HDE since day one! His analytical mind has been an asset to the company and his team. As an IT professional with a business degree from Bridgwater State University, Victor has encompassed the true meaning of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Captivated by the natural beauty of the simplest shape, color and form, Kellie has developed a sheer passion for photography. Aside from her busy academic life, a background in Allied Health, a Master's of Science in Health Administration (MSHA), Masters of Business Administration (MBA), and a Ph.D. candidate at Boston College, she prides herself in capturing and digitizing raw and unfiltered images. Her work emanates her flair for photography!
Vanila is a wonderfully charismatic woman with a special knack for hosting and influencing a crowd! "Va" is the primary hostess at most HDE functions and also is the Event Coordinator as she works directly with the team to make your event a success. Vanilla is the owner of the non-profit organization Ven*C. She loves planning events especially when children are involved. Vanilla has her B.A. from UMass Dartmouth and is currently shopping Master Programs.
